Upper East Side
We added a closet in the entry hall. We divided the bedroom closet into a W/D closet with hallway access and a smaller closet in the bedroom. We also removed all the hallway wallpaper and painted throughout.
East Village
We fully gutted this shower stall and brought it back to life.
Brooklyn
This bathroom update included adding electrical for a new overhead light fixture, a new vanity light fixture, and an outlet. We also cut out the wall for a new recessed medicine cabinet, installed a new sink with new plumbing, framed out the ceiling, and skim coated the walls.
